Machino Plastics Ltd. was established in the year 1987 and India’s first and largest plastic bumper and dashboard manufacturer company. The company has its own state-of-art- plastic moulding product development division. MPL achieved a turnover of US $42 million in the last financial year and is listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange. Quality certifications include the IATF 16949: 2016, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007 and ISO 9001:2015 (Tool Division).

The company has an extensive customer base that includes Maruti Suzuki India, Suzuki Motorcycle India and Volvo Eicher.  

The manufacturing plants are located in Gurgaon, Manesar and Pithampur ( Dhar, MP) equipped with a variety of modern high precision conventional injection moulding machines in the 100 Ton to 3150 Ton range. Our quality department utilizes the most up-to-date equipment including CMM to ensure that our customers receive the best quality they expect and deserve.

History / Background

Machino Plastics Ltd. started as an alliance among the Machino Group, Maruti Udyog Limited and Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan. A state-of-the-art plant was set up in 1987 within the Maruti Udyog Limited Joint Venture complex for moulding large components like Bumpers, Instrument Panels, Radiator Grills and more plastic components for cars, trucks, buses and two-wheelers.
